Greetings All, My family just recently lost my Mom. She was a resident at The Barrington for nine months. My mom has a lot of history with the Barrington. Thirteen years ago, she helped her dear friend get into The Barrington. When it came to my Mom needing assisted living she had her mind made up on where she wanted to go after losing her husband of 45 years. First & Foremost Ryan I cannot Thank You enough Brother for helping get my Mom residence here at The Barrington. You Sir are as Genuine as they come, God Bless & Thank You Ryan. I have worked in Senior living for 20+ yrs. Mostly in nursing homes. The Barrington is a unique "Goldie Locks Community" Two most important aspects I tell families when looking for a community are: 1. Being a non-evacuation community 2. Any time dining - Anytime means, dining does not dictate your loved ones time and day schedule. Eleviates traffic through-out the community through-out the day, meaning no waits for elevators. Why "Goldie Locks Community"? The Barrington isn't so large to where our residents are numbers (room numbers). We are not to small where things seem redundant. Our size is just right, getting to know our residents for who they are and what they enjoy doing. The Barrington offers a unique way to age in place. There is no difference between our Independent and Assisted Living apartments. There is no segregation when life says you need more help. No one knows who is who at The Barrington (for care) :) Mr. and Mrs. Smith stay Mr. and Mrs. Smith no matter if they are receiving help in the home. Huge PLUS, Mental Health and dignity along the journey. If your looking for a community, definitely worth setting up a tour and learning about the process.

I just moved my parents into The Barrington. I truly believe we have found a hidden gem. Jessica (Ex Dir), Ali (Marketing), Karen (Nurse Dir) started the whole process with much comfort and ease. The staff, Brian (Maint. Mgr), Lu and Belinda (nurses, techs) has proven what they offer and has given me much comfort with their first night there and today. Their upbeat attitude and the genuine kindness making sure they are taken care of is priceless. They are definitely on top of it, and I highly recommend this place.

I have been working with the team at The Barrington for three weeks and have met the most dedicated and professional staff and some of the nicest residents. They have so much fun! Last week the Red Hat group put on a lemonade stand with homemade cakes, pies and cookies! They have a different destination trip of sorts featuring a different country every month. This month is Greece and the residents are exploring the history and culture, hearing the traditional music and enjoying delicious food and beverages during their virtual cruise! This community is a must see for anyone looking for exceptional senior living!

My Mom is moving into the The Barrington so impressed with the facility and especially one person in particular Cydney. She has been so professional and accommodating thru this whole process, for my mom and myself. From the first day tour that we requested on such short notice to the various requests we have asked prior to the move. Which will be happening in a few days! If you are in search for a perfect place to reside in during your golden years, then let me help you. I will share what I found when I started my search. In beautiful Largo, Florida I found a site that would be great for people that are seeking a perfect place to settle down in. Here are some of the perks that I discovered. Three top of the line meals each day. Well trained Aides that are thoughtful, caring, and pleasant. They make sure that your needs are met. The apartments are cleaned once a week along with the bed linens changed. Weekly laundry service is done for you. There are many activities for daily pressures. The office staff and front deck attendants are trained to meet your visitors. When visitors come, they can see the surrounding areas are bright and spotless clean There is not much more I can add, expect, come see for yourself. You will be welcomed with a smile. We are looking forward to meeting you.

Last year my cousin was in really bad health and decided to sell her condo in Largo and move to the Barrington. At first she was under the supervised care and she absolutely flourished. Her health improved and soon she was able to move to a larger unsupervised unit. The place was just perfect and she loved it. She attended exercise classes and most everything else available that the Barrington had to offer. Unfortunately she suffered a bad stroke a couple of weeks ago and went to the hospital and then on to hospice. The Barrington could not have been more accomodating to us during this stressful time. Anyone looking for an assisted living facility should definately check out this place. After spending several days there as we cleaned out her place, I can honestly say that I could live there comfortably.

The family sincerely appreciated your geriatric care your facility provided for my father. We would highly recommend your facility.  Glad to have had the pleasure of your facility. Sorry to have to move him out of your facility it is disheartening. Thanks again for all you did for my dad.  My dad loved the Barrington.  Hopefully down the road he can return has he is getting the necessary care at the time to make him stronger. He loved the staff. The facility is absolutely beautiful love the grounds. Would highly recommend.

My Dad was been here for several years. He started out in Independent living, and recently moved to assisted living The staff was extraordinary in their helpfulness and assistance when the need for Assisted Living came. They really made the transition quick and painless. Dad especially enjoys the food and activities. Dad really enjoys his apartment and always feels cared for and loved. And when his health changed and more help was needed, the staff always stepped up to the plate. I would highly recommend Barrington and their wonderful staff.

The Barrington is a beautiful assisted living facility for seniors and includes wonderful management and staff. During my mother's stay there everyone was so helpful and pleasant and cheerful. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond to help. It seemed that nothing was too much to ask. The dining room is more akin to a fine restaurant and the grounds are landscaped beautifully. My mother's apartment had a balcony overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. The costs were very reasonable.
